29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system On or about January 27, 2025, and at times prior thereto, on the commercial building structure, employees were performing framing work activities at heights greater than six (6) feet and were not in use of fall protection. Randy Jones and Boy Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1615918, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on March 8, 2023 , with respect to a workplace located at 2704 Crittenden Dr. Norman, Oklahoma.
