Jersey City, NJ 07304. a) The employer did not ensure that workers were instructed on the inclusion of seat safety bolts as part of the frequent and regular inspections of crane mounted delivery trucks. An employee suffered back and chest pain after falling onto the ground from a 12-foot-height after the operating seat safety bolts failed. Violation occurred on or about January 27, 2025.
