29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):  The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards:   On or about January 27, 2025, an employee was exposed to fall hazards greater than 10 feet, and the employee's attachment point of the body harness was in the front of the employee at the belt level, on a residential construction site in Mahomet, Illinois.   The employer did not provide construction safety training to the employee, in order to provide him with the knowledge necessary to recognize the hazards of falling and the safety requirements associated with fall protection, as well as the proper work procedures to follow, in order to minimize and eliminate the fall hazards.
