29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying objects while using a nail gun. a) Residential construction located at 6784 Cambridge Dr., Flowery Branch, GA 30542, Roof: On or about 01/28/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating a pneumatic framing nail gun, in that protective eyewear was not provided while operating this tool. The employees were exposed to struck-by hazards which included plastic collated fragments, wood debris, and 2-3/8-inch fasteners.
