(a) Residential construction located at 3538 Highway 92 Douglasville GA. 30135. On January 24, 2025, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that, the employer did not provide training and certification of said training to employees engaged in roofing installation on a 30+ ft high pitched roof in the use of fall protection systems.
