29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a- Building Exterior: An employee engaged in camera installation activities from the lift basket of a JLG 800A Aerial lift was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12ft to the asphalt below as a personal fall arrest harness was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 01/28/2025.
