29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) International Paper Company, Binghamton Container Plant 7430, 1240 Conklin Road, Conklin, New York, 13748, SAT2. On or about 2/4/2025, an employee was exposed to injurious corrosive materials including, but not limited to, International Paper - Specialty Products, PH Adjuster VII (MAMP), 16001927, and suitable facilities for quick drenching of the eyes were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. Abatement Certification is required.
