29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. (a) On or about January 28, 2025, the area in and around the docking area TWC and A29 was not maintained clean from the accumulation of debris. This exposed employees to a struck-by, trip, fall and fire hazard.
