29 CFR  1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use personal protective equipment:  On or about January 29, 2025, employees were required to wear steel toe boots and safety glasses while on the production floor. Employees were also provided welding helmets, welding gloves, welding aprons, and chemical resistant gloves. Employees are exposed to hazards including object in eyes, chemicals, and welding operations and the employer did not provide PPE training on when to wear PPE and how to care for the equipment.
