29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents:  a) New single-family residential structure located on Lot #20 at 95 Wingate Rd., Auburn, GA 30011, Ground: On or about 01/29/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating circular saws and pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided while engaged in framing activities.   S & A Framing Group LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1760888, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 1, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 3485 River Birch Loop, Lot 78E, Traditions of Braselton subdivision Jefferson, GA 30549.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    a) New single-family residential structure located on Lot #20 at 95 Wingate Rd., Auburn, GA 30011, Second-floor: On or about 01/29/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 11-feet 3-inches to the lower ground level, in that an adequate fall protection system was not utilized while working from the second-story area.  S & A Framing Group LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1760888, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on August 1, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 3485 River Birch Loop, Lot 78E, Traditions of Braselton subdivision Jefferson, GA 30549.
