The Bostonian Brick and Stone, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1926.451 (f)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1759316, citation number 1, item number 2(a) and was affirmed as a final order on 01-21-2025, with respect to a workplace located at 218-220 Old Colony Rd., South Boston, MA 02127.
