29 CFR  1910.305(b)(1): Openings through which conductors enter boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed:   a) 825 Locust Point Road York, PA - On or about January 29, 2025, the Cambridge Air Solutions Remote Control Station Panel Box used for adjusting the heating system, mounted on a pillar between rows G and H, had an uncovered opening (missing knockout) on the bottom, exposing employees to a shock hazard.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
