29 CFR  1910.132(d)(2):The employer did not verify, through a written certification, the identity of the workplace evaluated, the person certifying that the evaluation had been performed, and the date the hazard assessment was done:  a) Palanjian Enterprises Inc.; On or about January 29, 2025, and times prior, the employer failed to verify that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed through a written certification that identified the workplace evaluated, the person certifying that the evaluation had been performed, the date(s) of the hazard assessment, and which identified the document as a certification of hazard assessment.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1):Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  a) Hobart D-300 series mixer and breaker box, Kitchen area , on or about January 29, 2025, and at times prior to, employer's placed equipment in front of the electrical panels and did not ensure sufficient access and working space as required by the standard.
