29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: Employees were exposed to burn hazards in the following instances: Employees engaged in using a Skyjack scissor lift on the first floor near the stairs of the job site located at 19650 W. 86th Street, Lenexa, Kansas, were exposed to burn hazards due to no ground pin on the plug end of the battery recharger cord.
