29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, within (24) twenty-four hours: A) Turnpike Inter Roadway Exit 8A 74.4 Car Lane Cranbury, NJ 08512 An employee was hospitalized on 01/15/25 due to a work-related incident, and the employer failed to report the hospitalization to OSHA within the required time frame. The employer was present at the hospital on 01/15/25 and was aware the employee would be admitted for multiple days. OSHA was not notified until 01/21/25. Condition noted on or about 01/15/25
