On or about January 29, 2025, employees set trusses above 6 feet in height above the lower level without fall protection. a) JTA Construction & Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1691590, citation number #1 , item number #3 and was affirmed as a final order on October 13, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1191 Landmark Ave., LIBERTY, MO 64068. b) JTA Construction & Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(15), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1627917, citation number #1, item number #1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 10, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3610 East Kiehl Ave, SHERWOOD, AR 72120.
