29 CFR 1926.452(a)(3): Diagonal bracing in both directions shall be installed across the entire inside face of double-pole scaffolds used to support loads equivalent to a uniformly distributed load of 50 pounds or more per square foot: a) On or about January 29, 2025, employees were performing carpentry work from a wooden pole scaffold that did not have diagonal bracing in both directions installed. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
