29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: On or about January 29, 2025, and at times prior thereto, electrical equipment such as coffee makers, microwaves, and refrigerators were not used in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. In the following locations: a) 2nd deck, 204, training breakroom area, a Keurig coffee maker, Cuisinart coffee maker, and Honeywell toaster oven were plugged into an NDE- Current TAP model MD-706B. b) 2nd deck, cubical adjacent to breakroom area, a ceramic heater model PTC-SH009 was connected to a relocatable power tap. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical shock an/or fire hazard(s).
