29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:    a. At a commercial construction site located at 130 McCoy Wy, Saint Augustine, FL:  On or about January 30, 2025, employees were exposed to fall hazards while installing the stucco from an Aerial Lift JLG (Model: 460 SJ) in that the employees were not properly tied off.
