29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): The employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warnings were legible, in English and prominently displayed on the container or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift. Hotel Housekeeping Department: On or about January 29, 2025, and at times prior to, the employees conducted various cleaning tasks with Waxie 764 Lemon Quat Disinfectant in a secondary container, without having a workplace label or other forms of warnings including product identifier, signal words, hazard statement(s), and pictogram(s) attached to the bottle. This condition potentially exposed employees to chemical hazard(s).
