29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:  At the temporary jobsite located at 16950 W. 86th, Lenexa, Kansas, employee(s) engaged in cleaning operations inside the building under construction, were exposed to fall and struck-by hazards associated with using construction equipment such as ladders, chemical products, and etc. in that the employees were not instructed in the recognition of construction hazards and the methods to mitigate those hazards. The employer did not provide hazard recognition training for employees performing cleaning activities including but not limited to how and when to use ladders, personal protective equipment, slip/trip/fall hazards, chemical product hazards.
