29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  (a)R & M Siding, LLC at 1110 East Madison Street, Tea, SD 57064:  On or about and at times prior to January 30, 2025, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from flying particles associated with operating pneumatic nail guns while conducting siding installation operations on a single-family residential home.  This condition exposed employees to eye injuries including the introduction of foreign particles into the eye.

This condition exposed employees to fall and crushing hazards associated with the platform separating from the mast of the telehandler.
