OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to respiratory hazards of carbon monoxide.  WORKSHOP:  On or about January 29, 2025, and times prior there to, the employer had not installed a carbon monoxide monitor where a natural gas leak occurred in the pipe attached to the Douglas Machine Corporation dishwasher overexposing five employees to the hazards of carbon monoxide inhalation and poisoning.
