(b) New tack and pass weld area; On or about January 24, 2025, and dates prior, manual tack welding stations were not sufficiently enclosed by noncombustible welding screens to protect employees adjacent to them from exposure to arc welding rays. (c) Old tack and pass weld area; On or about January 24, 2025, and dates prior, the north and south sides of manual tack welding stations were not sufficiently enclosed by noncombustible welding screens to protect employees adjacent to them from exposure to arc welding rays.
