On or about January 30, 2025, at an establishment located at N485 Milky Way in Appleton, Wisconsin, in the service pit on the west side of the detailing and lube area; employees utilizing a metal step stool on top of bricks to access and egress the south service platform were exposed to trip and fall hazards of approximately 25 inches
