29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) Commercial building construction located at Frogg Rd and State Rd 155, Locust Grove, GA 30248, Front side: On or about 01/28/2025, the employer exposed two employees to ejection/fall hazards of approximately 24-feet, 2-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall arrest system was not provided to the employee working from a JLG 400S Aerial Lift basket while engaged in framing activities.
