29 CFR  1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye:  a) Worksite - On or about January 10, 2025, an employee operating a dump truck (Truck: Kenworth, Model: T880, Chassis No. 445892 and Trailer: Spec Tec, VIN: 1S9DS28332S188453) was hospitalized after being run over by the dump truck.  The in-patient hospitalization was not reported to OSHA by the employer.
