29 CFR 1926.1052(a)(3): Riser height and/or tread depth was not uniform within each flight of stairs, including any foundation structure used as one or more treads of the stairs: a) 1701 E. 12th St., Wilmington, DE 19809 (Dewatering Rehabilitation Tank): On or about January 31, 2025, the employer erected a temporary stairwell that had inconsistent tread lengths resulting in trip and fall hazards.
