29 CFR 1926.1425(e)(2): Employees not essential to the operation were permitted in the fall zone: a) 20 Beaver Valley Rd., Wilmington, DE 19803 (Wilmington University Convocation Center): On or about January 31, 2025, employees not essential to the operation were permitted to enter the fall zone as structural steel was hoisted by a Link Belt HTC-8675 LB crane, exposing employees to struck by and falling objects hazards created by the suspended load.
