Bryan Construction, Inc. 4 Holiday Blvd. Mercer, PA 16137: Hampton Inn. On or about 01/30/2025 and at times prior thereto; Employee was performing roof work off the top frame components of a fabricated frame scaffold on the West Side of the building without fall protection. Employee was exposed to 47-foot fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1):Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) a.) Bryan Construction, Inc. 4 Holiday Blvd. Mercer, PA 16137: Hampton Inn. On or about 01/30/2025 and at times prior thereto; Employee was performing roof work off a fabricated frame scaffold on the West Side of the building. Employee was working from the top frame components of the frame scaffold without the working level being fully planked. The area where the employee was working contained no decking. Employee was exposed to 47-foot fall hazards.
