29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: Location: 131 Morse Street Foxborough, MA On or about 01/23/2025, a worker was ripping wood with a MaQuinas Pinheiro, Model: SDVI-400 table/panel saw without a hood guard was exposed to amputation hazards when the worker's fingers came in contact with the saw blade.
