29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Worksite was located at 15 Poplar Avenue, Deal, NJ 07723: Workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately fifteen feet to ground while they were installing window frames from a JLG Model 450AJ Articulating Boom Lift while not utilizing fall protection. Violation was observed on or about February 3, 2025. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
