29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). Location: Job site; On or about 02/04/2025, Homer Contracting, Inc., as a controlling employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the job site were performed by a competent person. As a result, subcontractor employees from Dasilva Construction Inc were exposed to hazards in the following instances: Instance a: Fall hazards where no fall protection was provided. Instance b: Struck-by hazards where no hard hats or head protection was provided. Instance c: Eye/face struck-by hazards for employees utilizing nail guns without eye protection. Instance d: Fall hazard from job made scaffolding where the walking/working platform was not at least 18-inches wide
