29 CFR 1926.651(e): Employees were no prohibited from being underneath loads handled by lifting or digging equipment or employees were not required to stand away from any vehicle being loaded or unloaded to avoid being struck by any spillage or falling materials. A) Geo Technology Associates, Inc. - Area of 236 Victory Blvd., Staten Island NY 10301 -Employees were exposed to falling soil, shrub, and tree debris on the sidewalk below while the operator used a mini excavator to clear soil, dead trees, and shrubbery from a hillside. The lower level was unprotected, and a worker was standing with a shovel to collect falling debris as it came down. Occurred on February 04, 2025
