At a temporary worksite, located at 730 Cornovit Palms Parkway Jacksonville, FL: On or about February 04, 2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that protective eyewear was not utilized by employees while using a Husky Metal Hammer and Pierce Coil Siding Nailer for wood panels installation.
