29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids, caustic liquids, or chemical gases or vapors and at times prior thereto, workers were exposed to a struck by hazard while cutting concrete with a saw, without the use and wear of protective eyewear:  a. At a temporary worksite, located at 730 Cornovit Palms Parkway Jacksonville, FL:  On or about February 04, 2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that protective eyewear was not utilized by employees while using a Husky Metal Hammer and Pierce Coil Siding Nailer for wood panels installation.

At a temporary worksite, located at 730 Cornovit Palms Parkway Jacksonville, FL:  On or about February 04, 2025, employee was exposed to a fall hazard while standing at the top step of a 4 ft step ladder for wood panel installation.
