29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(4): The employer did not make their written hazard communication program available, upon request, to employees, their designated representatives, the Assistant Secretary and the Director, in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.20(e). On or about February 4, 2025, and at times prior, carriers and clerks were exposed to chemical hazards including but not limited to, asbestos containing material , when the written hazard communication program was not made available upon request.
