29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(i): Footings were not level, sound, rigid, and capable of supporting the loaded scaffold without settling or displacement: a) Lot 55 of the Osprey Point development in Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971: On or about February 5, 2025, CSHO observed employee working approximately 20 feet above the ground on a pump jack scaffold with footing that were either not supporting or capable of supporting the loaded scaffold. Footings were placed on a pitched roof consisting of sheeting only. The roof was not designed to handle this load according to the developer.
