29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3): Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity: On or about February 3, 2025, employees performing masonry activities such as but not limited to laying concrete masonry unit (CMU) block were allowed to work from a Hydro Mobile Scaffold (Model: M2, Serial: 24M6870), at heights greater than 10-feet above ground level which had not been inspected by a competent person for visible defects before each shift.
