29 CFR 1904.32(a):29 CFR 1904.32(a): The employer did not ensure that at the end of the year that entries were complete and accurate; and an annual summary of injuries and illnesses on the OSHA 300 Log was created, certified and posted. On or about June 2, 2025, the employer did not ensure the annual summaries (OSHA 300A) provided during this inspection were accurate. The following deficiencies were observed: a) The annual average number of employees for calendar years of 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021 and 2020 all showed the same figure of 32 workers. b) The total hours worked by all employees last year for calendar years of 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, and 2020 all showed the same figure of 2384.
