Location: 100 Page Street Stoughton, MA 02072 On or about February 5, 2025, An employee was exposed to a possible fall while movie an aerial lift while not wearing fall protection. The employee crashed into a garbage truck while operating the lift in an unsafe manner. The employer has not conducted any training for their employees potentially exposed to fall hazards.
