On or about 02-06-2025 and at times prior thereto; employees were performing demolition operations adjacent to exposed 120V energized electrical parts in the Center Room Area. The electrical hazards the employees were exposed to, include, but is not limited to, exposed electrical wires pulled from conduit, exposed electrical wires pulled from MC cable, and exposed electrical wires at a ceiling light leaning against the wall beside door #0125.

Employees use the grinder to cut pipes and copper line throughout the project.
