29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  At a worksite located at 2805 Hearthstone place, Lees Summit, MO 64082, employees were exposed to fall hazards.  The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to perform residential roofing activities at heights greater than 6 feet without the use of fall protection.  Instances of exposure include but are not limited to:  1.  Three employees exposed to a fall of greater than 8 feet while working near the western section of the structures roof.  2.  Two employees exposed to a fall of greater than 20 feet while working near the southern edge of the structures roof.  3.  One employee exposed to a fall of greater than 10 feet while working near the eastern edge of the structures roof.
