29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) Residential construction located on Lots #77 and #80: On or about 2/6/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating a DeWalt D28715 Chop Saw  to cut bricks, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees engaged in masonry activities.

29 CFR  1926.1153(c)(1):For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1:  a) New townhome construction located on Lots #77 & 80 at 2801 Habibi Court Buford, Georgia 30518: On or about 2/6/2025, the employer exposed employees to respiratory health related hazards due to silica exposure from dry cutting brick outside without any engineering controls as described in Table-1 for Silica. The employer did not enforce the use of a saw specifically intended for wet cutting.
