29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): 1910.1200(e)(1)  At a jobsite located at 3 Red Fox Circle, Lake Winnebago, MO 64034: Employees were engaged in framing activities and were exposed to fire and explosion hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals in direct vicinity to an open fire. The employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program to ensure that employees were aware of the hazards associated with the chemicals with which they work. At least one  hazardous chemical used at the site was gasoline.

29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  At a jobsite located at 3 Red Fox Circle, LAKE WINNEBAGO, MO 64034 employees were exposed to struck by hazards from falling objects and materials while conducting residential framing activities. Employees were observed passing materials from a lower level of the structure to employees on the next higher level without wearing protective helmets.

At a jobsite located at 3 Red Fox Circle, LAKE WINNEBAGO, MO 64034 employees were exposed to eye and face injuries from flying particle hazards. Employees conducting residential framing work were observed using pneumatic nail guns to fasten lumber together without eye and face protection.
