29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying objects while using a nail gun. a) New residential construction located on 38 Meadow Mark Drive, Dawsonville, GA 30534: On or about 02/07/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards while operating pneumatic siding nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees operating these tools at 130 PSI.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. a) New residential construction located on 38 Meadow Mark Drive, Dawsonville, GA 30534: On or about 02/07/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet, 6 inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in siding installation activities working from a pump jack scaffold system.
