1926.503(c)(3) The employer did not retrain affected employees who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section: a) Riviera Apartment Building, 1229 S Allen Street, State College - 3rd Floor Balcony - Employees unloaded cabinets off a pallet elevated from a JLG Telehandler 943, were not protected from a 40-foot fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system, on or about February 7, 2025. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
