OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that a defective garage door used by employees would not stay securely in place in the raised/open position: Dock Door 18 - On or about February 7, 2025, an overhead door was being propped open with a pole, as it was not properly maintained, exposing employees loading a trailer to an overhead struck-by hazard.
