29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles: a) At 9681 Willet Way, Lot 92 Greenbrier, Foley, Alabama: On February 7, 2025; the employer allowed his employees to operate pneumatic nail guns without eye protection while performing framing activities exposing his employees to struck-by hazards. The Jose Martinez dba Jose Martinez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1676701, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 13, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 7164 Ottoman Circle, Lot 156 Stonehaven, Gulf Shores, Alabama.
