On or about February 3, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee conducting carpentry activities, approximately twelve (12) feet five (5) inches above the ground below, was not protected from falling, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards. Edward Allen Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1659599, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 15, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 12453 Cedar Ridge Dr., Home Glen, IL 60491.
