29 CFR  1910.119(g)(2):Employer did not provide refresher training at least every three years, and more often, if necessary, to each employee involved in operating a process to assure that the employee understands and adheres to the current operating procedures of the process. Employer did not consult with employees involved in operating the process to determine the appropriate frequency of refresher training.  On or about February 4, 2025, and at times prior there to, refresher training was not provided at least every three years to each employee involved in operating the ammonia refrigeration system, to assure the employee understands and adheres to the current operating procedures of the process.
